- Why you need HT
HT or Huobi Token is the token of our partner Huobi Global. When purchasing BTCMT tokens, you pay for them and also pay gas. HT is needed to pay gas.
2. How many HT you need
You can buy HT on Huobi Global or GAte.io. The minimum withdrawal amount of tokens on Huobi Global is 2.0088 HT, on GAte.io — 0.45 HT. So one way or another, the minimum withdrawal amount is enough to cover gas when buying BTCMT.
Note, you can’t purchase BTCMT without HT, so be sure to buy them in advance.
3. Where and how to buy HT

If you have no Huobi Global account, please register. Click “Sign Up” in the upper right corner.
In the window that appears, enter your data, select a country, come up with a password of at least 8 characters. Registration by email and mobile phone is also possible.
Once you received a verification code by email or phone, enter it in the window that appears:
After successful registration and login, you should deposit your Huobi balance in order to buy HT. And for this, you must have USDT on your MetaMask wallet.
In the main menu of the exchange, select the “Balances” tab and click “Exchange Account (Deposit and withdrawal)”:
In the window that opens, click “Deposit” in the upper right corner:
In the window that appears, select the Heco network and click “Send deposit address”. Once you receive a QR code and an address, you can transfer USDT from your MetaMask wallet to your Huobi balance:
Click “Copy address” and open your MetaMask-extension in the browser and click “Send”:
Enter the address into the line:
Enter the number of tokens you would like to transfer to your balance.
Now that you got your balance topped up, you may buy HT.

In the “Exchange” window, enter the amount of HT and click “Buy HT”:
Now you should transfer HT to your MetaMask wallet in order to buy BTCMT tokens.
Once again, go to the “Balances” tab in the main menu and click “Exchange Account (Deposit and withdrawal)”.
In the window that opens, click “Withdraw”
Select HT and Heco network in the list of tokens, enter the number of tokens to withdraw and your wallet address. The minimum withdrawal amount is 2.0088 H. Click “Withdraw”.
To find out the address of your wallet, open the browser extension of the wallet, roll your mouse cursor on the “Account” and copy the address:
Done, you got HT on your MetaMask wallet.

Come up with a fund password for withdrawing funds:
Then you will receive a letter with a link to activate your account, so click that link. And you got your account activated.
Next, in order to buy HT, you should top up your balance on GAte.io. You should have USDT in your MetaMask wallet.
In the main menu, select “Wallet” and then “Deposit”.
Select USDT and the Heco network in the list of tokens.
Then you will receive a QR code and an address to top up your balance. Copy the address, then open the MetaMask extension in your browser and click “Send”:
Enter the copied address in the line that appears:
Enter the number of tokens you want to transfer to the balance. Now you got your balance topped up, so you can buy HT on GAte.io.

Enter the required amount of HT and click “Buy”:
Once you bought HT, you should transfer tokens to the MetaMask wallet.
Open the “Wallet” menu tab once again and select “Withdraw”:
Select HT and the Heco network, enter the address of your MetaMask wallet configured for the Heco network to receive HT, enter the desired withdrawal amount, fund password, and the code you received on email. The minimum available withdrawal is 0.45 HT:
To find out the address of your wallet, open the browser extension of the wallet, roll your mouse cursor over on the Account, and copy the address:
